Artificial Intelligence, more commonly known as AI, is the use of computer systems to mimic and perform actions typically requiring human involvement and, until recent years, has largely been a dream of science fiction. The challenge we face as IT professionals is to answer the question of how to leverage AI in our businesses given both the lack of data to show business value and the lack of skilled technicians to implement AI effectively. From chat bots to scheduling assistants, AI applications are beginning to change the way we do business and interact with technology.
Our next chapter meeting will include a panel of local IT professionals who are currently engaged in the research and practice of integrating AI into their business operations. Similar to our roundtable discussion series, we will engage in conversation, led by the panel, to answer questions and concerns related to AI as well as explore the use cases for AI within your business.
