In any good workout routine, the key to gains and self-improvement in muscle development is continued sets and reps. The human brain is no different; we need to recall and utilize the things our brain has learned on a regular basis, or else be faced with greater difficulty retrieving, or possibly losing, this information.
During this session, we’ll share how the University of Tennessee HelpDesk has instituted a system for both training our new employees and providing continued training to ensure that the knowledge is not lost over time. We will also share our methods for training the HelpDesk when new services are added. Join us to see how we have integrated both our content management solution and our course management solution to provide training to the team.
